Controller
General
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
We process personal data only where necessary to provide this website, handle inquiries, or comply with legal obligations.
Data may be transferred to third countries only where required in connection with the services listed below and where appropriate safeguards exist.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you access the site, technical data may be processed automatically, including IP address, date and time of access, requested page/URL, referrer URL, browser and device information, and error messages.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable, and performant website operation).
Data is generally retained only as long as needed for operation and security.
Contact form
When you send a message via our contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, optional company, and your message.
Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. The inquiry is stored in our CRM with HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.); notifications are sent via HubSpot to hello@posch.cloud.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling project inquiries).
We retain contact inquiries until your request is fully handled, for a maximum of 24 months, unless a longer statutory retention period applies.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated submissions. Technical data (e.g. IP address and interaction data) may be transmitted to and processed by Cloudflare.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting the contact form from abuse).

Web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website usage (e.g. page views, approximate origin, device type). The tool does not use marketing cookies and does not persistently identify individual visitors.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymised usage analysis to improve the website).

No newsletter / no marketing tracking
We do not operate a newsletter and do not use marketing or retargeting tools.
No tracking cookies are set for advertising purposes.
